land. water. spring return
april 26
time TBD
a seasonal brunch by Ramon Shiloh introducing Indigenous foodways of the Pacific Northwest, centered on nourishment as a relationship to land, to water, and to the body after practice. the menu is light, grounding, and restorative. ingredients like blue corn, wild rice, root vegetables, berries, maple, herbs, and optional wood-smoked salmon are woven together in a calm, thoughtful way.
ground. a summer retreat
join us for our first Rhythms retreat, a soulful escape held in Sherwood, on the land of Wild Horse Mountain Farm. surrounded by nature, good vibes, and truly beautiful humans, this retreat is an invitation to step away from the city and return to yourself. Our intention is simple: to lean into our true nature.
activities range from meditation with the horses, sensory trail walks, nature inspired crafting, movement & dance guided by a live DJ set…all intentionally curated to support rest, play, and reconnection.
