form & flow think rhythmic mobility that will give you insight into holding patterns in the body. this class will feel different depending on the individual instructors chosen flow, but both instructors use techniques from contemporary dance & yoga.

a note from our founder
Hi, I’m Tenley, founder of Rhythms
I created this space in December 2022 out of a deep need for something more than the bland, one-size-fits-all movement culture so many of us have grown used to.
My relationship with movement began in college in 2008 and expanded through years in the corporate world, followed by a season of soul-searching that took me through training in yoga, Pilates, meditation, and time living and working on farms. Those experiences shaped not just how I move, but how I believe community should feel.
Rhythms is a place for intentional programming that will absolutely build strength and challenge you, while also honoring your pace, your cycles, and your humanity. Here, you’re invited to grow in your own rhythm while being held by a supportive, diverse community that values connection & care.
