the quick answer is no - you can absolutely start without any! but if you’re curious or want to deepen your practice, I do recommend a few props like a foam roller, therapy balls, theraband, Pilates circle, and ankle weights. these are tools I’ve chosen based on years of working with different body types and movement patterns.

there’s no one-size-fits-all. I will ask you to set goals for yourself as you get started. some people check in daily for 15–20 minutes, others do longer sessions a few times a week. you’ll find rhythms that feel good in your own body, and I’m here to support that pace.
