about the experience
fall in love with being alive in your body, unplug from the bustle of daily life, and join us for our summer retreat! our theme is to ground into the start of summer - through workshops, food & good company. this is an overnight experience, although we have limited day passes available for saturday.
3 days x 2 nights at Wild Horse Mountain Farms. think elevated summer camp style housing. there are two private rooms, otherwise all rooms will be shared with a friend - old or new! bathrooms are shared.
7 vegan & gluten free meals with seasonal ingredients, locally sourced when possible. light, juice forward, and veggie accented - you’ll feel refreshed without the strict rules of a cleanse.
a combination of movement, workshops, meditation ( including with the horses), and our own forest rave. see the full schedule below!

a cozy shared room with two single beds, let us know if you’d like to room with a friend. perfect for guests who are open to sharing space and building unique community!
occupancy: 1 this full bed is positioned on the top level of the home in open-air room (no door). pricing is discounted accordingly. quiet hours to ensure privacy.
occupancy: 2, $750 per person (or can be booked for one) our biggest, comfiest private room with a king bed. a sweet little retreat for a weekend of peace, comfort, and privacy.
join us for a full day of nature, sound bath, movement and 2 nourishing juice forward meals. ride shares will be arranged to get you to the farm for the first session!

our home for the weekend
we will be organizing ride shares from rhythms to the property for overnight guests & day passers. it’s approximately a 45 minute drive from the city to sherwood, oregon. you’ll be asked what your transportation preference is upon registration, including if you’re willing to be a ride for a fellow retreat goer!

the bunkhouse is a cozy opportunity. to make a new friend or bond with someone you love. there’s a full & king options that you could book with a friend. otherwise, the 3 twin rooms have 2 single beds each.

due to the nature of this intimate experience, we do not offer refunds, up to 3 weeks after booking. if we are able to fill your spot, we will refund the full amount.
